If you are unsatisfied with your Roman Trail products for any reason within two years from your purchase date, we will replace your item for free.

After submitting your claim, please allow 72 business hours for our customer service team to send an acknowledgment email that we have received it. Our team will decide on your claim in 7-10 business days. We will notify you if our Roman Trail Outfitters Guarantee does not cover your claim. Do you have additional questions?
